To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Purchased directly from NordicWare.com

Unused and undamaged

Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
Note: Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Items purchased from NordicWare.com cannot be returned to the Nordic Ware Factory Store in St. Louis Park, MN.

Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original store of purchase. Please refer to the retailer's return policy. Nordic Ware cannot accept or process returns for items not purchased directly from our website.

Include inside the package:

A copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip

Gift Returns

Gift exchanges are not offered at this time.

If a gift was purchased from NordicWare.com, it may be eligible for a refund—but only to the original purchaser’s payment method.
